We boarded the plane and jetted off to the most romantic city on the planet... Paris.  While there, we made a stop at the Eiffel Tower.

We made berets for craft.
Each child will need two pieces of felt.  Cut one to fit the child's head.
Place one piece on top of the other and trim the corners.

Use a glue gun (or sew) the pieces around the edges.
Poke a hole in the centre and add a piece of wool for the tassel.

The children had so much fun donning their berets while serving in our café.

One of our favourite children's artists, Charlotte Diamond, has French cd's with great children's songs.  You can view Je Suis Une Pizza and 'Y A Un Chat on You Tube.
